I don’t think the lady at the counter should be speaking Mandarin to customers when they reply in English. I could see the non-Chinese staff seem a little uncomfortable also. English is our working language and staff should speak English lest minorities feel like they are not welcome. Clearly the staff also understands English as she is able to reply in Mandarin when I speak in English.

The food bombz as always, still hot and crispy, normally came here the staff auntie all quite nice. But today this staff i believe named Surayani here attitude rlly not suitable to do counter, so impatient towards customer even when there is 0 queue and non peak hours might as well dont work at this point

You mean nothing has been done despite the bad reviews you guys received? Suriyana was so rude, to all the customers. Its doesn’t matter if you are an auntie, uncle, retiree… but if you are in the service industry, basic courtesy and politeness is mandatory don’t you think?

The price increase but deduct 1/3 of prawn. The curry puff quality no longer good. Not return. No value for high oily taste food.
