i always ordered Sotong wing from old chang kee , but at this outlet, one of that staff over there ,always took Sotong head for me , so is my third time order from her alr , and for the previous two time i didn’t really wasted my time to go back and swop it ,but today she took wrong one again , so i immediately go back and point out i got wrong one , that auntie which was showing attitude to me ? ????? and the funny thing is when i order she was looking at the food table and double asking and asking me if is i order sotong body (wing) . so show me attitude for ? hope yall will investigate. order timing : 15/07 16:40

Crab nuggets and gyoza on a stick are highly recommended, though the aunty staff seems intimidating and hardly ever smiles.

Food is usual old chang Kee standard but attitude of cashier auntie is horrendous. I think my grandma has better attitude, maybe will ask her to work here part time.

at about 1900 on 18/12/2025. one of your staff, an elderly lady. was incredibly rude, there was no one behind me and when i paid. she said “faster take and go”. i’m sorry? what’s the rush? i just did my payment. a fellow customer infront of me wanted to pay via qr code but was forced into paying with his card. completely uncalled for, i’m not from around here and i’m residing in the north region. i love old chang kee but this has never happened to me before. everyone at other outlets was so friendly, warm and kind. this particular staff, my goodness. hope you guys will take action.

The place is very elegant and food is very nice, mostly the staff was responding very quickly and the way they treat us is beautiful thing I've ever seen
