i ordered a total of 4 big fishball stick and they packed 2 only. The management should do a check on the cashier vs stock count and will know what is happening.

The staff clearly require better training in customer service. The staff member serving us appeared impatient and had a long face when we ordered multiple items While we were still placing our order, she chose to serve other customers in the queue who only had one or two items, which felt very unprofessional. We even had to raise our voice just to complete our order due to her inattentive attitude The overall service came across as rude and dismissive. In addition, the food quality was disappointing. The sotong heads were over-fried and tasted dry and unpleasant. The cheese portion was also noticeably less compared to other outlets with extra charged $0.60 Overall, this was not a good experience and the management should seriously review both staff training and food quality control.

Staff refused to help over the counter. Insisted to use self ordering kiosk. No wonder sales so bad.

Not sure why but I purchased my usual favourite Fried Sotong Wing today and it’s super over fried… usually there’s a nice chew but today’s one was so tough and hard to bite… :”(
