i dont think this is the standard, only put a little cheese sauce since theres only a little left in the bottle and the auntie didnt even bother to take a new bottle of cheese sauce to fill it up

When I enter the shop, no customer. Just only me. But counter aunty was not patient with me even though I didn't hesitate to pick the order. Her face is so grumpy and talk very sharply. Later I asked how much? She said see on the screen.

Their curry puffs are fried to perfection - not too oily!! Some other outlets were poorly fried but not this one and I like their curry puffs from this outlet. The more senior Malay and Chinese aunties servicing there are always nice to chat to when it’s not too crowded. I can understand why some said they are rude as I’ve witnessed some customers taking too much time to order and pay when there’s too many customers waiting and the outlet is a shop that’s very small sized. If only people can be more understanding towards the aunties who’re doing the best they can and appreciate their service - I love their curry puffs here. Hope OCK acknowledges their efforts ! Thank you.

ordered sotong head. Saw they are arranging newly made while queueing, but the one I got was cold inside. This FIFO policy is clearly sacrificing customers to benefit the shop owner themselves. I felt unfairly treated.

Hi, please reiterate one the auntie that work today on 08.09.25 at 1740hrs, Kembangan area. She is super rude and very impatient, I have all the respect for elderly but this one is unacceptable, not the cashier but the one that serve, already tell her what I want and she could not hear and shouted "WHAT YOU WANT" loudly. It ir the customer fault that she cannot hear. She can just ask politely instead of shouting if she can't hear properly. Attachment is the proof of my order all along i have no problem but not this elderly. And also as early at 5plus the nugget and chessy fish is super cold.
