One aunty used her tongs to adjust the sotong ball display at about 540pm. And then used it to continue serving customers. Disgusting.

Good place never fail to serve savoury hot local food. No complaints. Dunno what the others are nonsense about. Convenient location outside MRT nearby 7-11 and other shops. Read reviews can, but go and try then decide.

I ordered a Grab pickup on 24 January at around 6:10 PM. Shortly after collecting my order, I realised that I was given the wrong food, so I returned to the outlet immediately to inform the staff. (Do check with the staff that pass me the order of GF 976 salted egg chicken. The staff who attended to me appeared annoyed and unwilling to assist. The food was changed reluctantly, and the staff threw the replacement food onto the tabletop, which made me feel uncomfortable and disrespected as a customer.

The food was fine,. I bought a chicken wing and was given two packets of chili. When I asked for two more, the cashier gave me a stare, which made me feel uncomfortable. May I check if OCK has a policy on the number of chili packets provided? If so, it might be helpful to display this policy at the counter for clarity.
