The auntie's service attitude was very poor; she spoke rudely. And the fish balls had a strong fishy smell.

Aunty with glasses was quite rude. I ordered a Grab self pick-up today and saw my bag hidden behind a counter display stand. I still queued anyway. When it was my turn, I clearly said I was here to pick up my Grab order. She very slowly touched the bag, then asked for my Grab order number. I thought the order wasn't marked ready yet so I said there was no number– that was my mistake. But she could have been nicer about it. Instead, she rudely pointed at my phone screen and said "This one the number what!" Then after checking, she scolded me again, almost exasperatedly: "Got number. Where got don't have?!" Why like that? Ok la aunty. I know it was my mistake. But there's no need to be so rude, especially when there was literally only one Grab order packed and tucked away in the corner. I understand the need to double check, but the attitude was unnecessary and uncalled for. I read the other reviews and I'm not sure if it's the same aunty others mentioned, but that interaction really spoiled my mood afterwards.

My friend visited the ion outlet on 11th June at around 5pm and bought the salted egg squid and fish cake with cheese onstik. Soon after she had very bad food poisoning. Being unable to even go to the doctor due to not being able to get up. Please avoid this outlet at all cost!

Visited on 11 June around 12–1 PM. The auntie who served me didn’t give me a receipt, which meant I couldn't enter the Instagram contest they were running for the salted egg menu items, even though I asked for it!! On top of that, she seemed very confused when taking my order, despite me clearly stating the 5 items one by one, slowly. It made the process unnecessarily frustrating. I hope the staff can be better trained in handling orders and customer service.
