Visited OCK at Jewel this morning (10/2/2026) to grab a quick snack before picking up a family member from T1. I usually enjoy patronising Jewel outlets as I believe they uphold a high standard, especially since Jewel often leaves either a first or last impression of Singapore. Unfortunately, today’s experience was disappointing. The staff on duty was present but unengaging, which I could overlook. However, the real issue was the food. After finishing my hash brown, I noticed wet dust residue at the bottom of the packaging. This was quite unpleasant and raises concerns about hygiene! I hope the team can be more careful when preparing and checking packaging to maintain the standards Jewel is known for.

Their signature curry puff is quite big, abundant filling and really tasty. It's crisp outside and really tender and moist inside. Eat it while hot is really recommended.

Unbelievable. The nuggets and Fishball are refried. Both became so tough and have shrunken in size. My kid refuse to eat it even though old chang kee Fishball are her favourite. How can we serve this local food in the airport to international travellers??

Tasty snacks at an affordable price. 🙂 My favourite will be their Curry’O. Flaky pastry with flavourful filling of succulent bite sized chicken, curried potatoes and a boiled egg, combined with perfect balance of herbs and spices. They never fail to disappoint! 😃
