I order chicken daily bowl, add gua and salmon. Then in the end paying time is salmon bowl add chicken. I re-confirm with cashier the price as there is slight commotion with the staff. Then cashier said is salmon add chicken, I ask is there price difference. He said yes. Then I informed him my is chicken add salmon not another way round. But he said they will took the more expensive as base.. which is very funny from what I know if its salmon bowl the salmon will be more. But my is lesser salmon and normal chicken. So what is the theory of only take the more expensive as base. Totally not understandable.

Very disappointing experience at Stuff’d Jurong Point today at around 11.30am. There was already a long queue of walk-in customers waiting to order, yet staff seemed focused on processing Grab delivery orders instead of serving people who were physically in the store. The queue barely moved while multiple delivery orders were being handled. Several customers became frustrated, and I noticed a few people eventually left without ordering because the wait was taking too long. I understand that delivery platforms are an important part of the business, but walk-in customers should not be made to feel like a lower priority. Management should review how orders are managed during busy periods to ensure a fair experience for everyone.

Had an unpleasant encounter with the service staff at Jurong point outlet this evening. I ordered a daily bowl with a problematic lid that can’t close tight. After few attempts I told the counter staff about it and he responded in an unwelcoming manner and pressed the lid so hard that almost mash the food content 🙁. I’m was grateful that he tried but the lid still can’t close as intended. Then I tried asking him if he could give me a couple of those stickers used for sealing the wrap packing so that I can paste it to the lid to secure the container. he replied the stall do not have stickers 🤨. I ended up had to carry the container instead of the plastic bag’s handle to make sure my food doesn’t spill I like Stuff’d but I hope this individual can polish on his customer service and that this problematic lid is a 1-case issue not a QC problem

Dear Stuff’d owner, I have a few comments. During peak hours, your workers are overwhelmed with Grab orders, and customers have to wait a long time even when the queue is short. When your workers are overwhelmed with Grab orders, your food quality and portion sizes will drop. Please take better care of both your staff and your customers’ patience. Right now, your process is very inefficient. Workers have to keep checking printed Grab receipts, which is unhygienic and slows everything down. Each station also needs to check the same paper repeatedly just to prepare orders. You should consider opening a separate cloud kitchen for Grab orders, or at least install a screen so staff can view orders directly. Or if you are trying to save costs, do you really think prioritising Grab orders is better? Do Grab orders actually give you higher margins? You could train your staff to temporarily turn off Grab during peak hours so walk-in customers can have a better experience. I honestly don’t understand the management thinking. You have a strong customer base and a great location—don’t waste it.

I don’t know if she’s new or not but one of the staff who wears a black hijab with glasses had an excellent service. She was very polite, helpful, and made my experience really enjoyable. It’s rare to come across such genuine service, and I truly appreciate it. Please pass on my thanks to her!
