Old Chang Kee at ARC is a good option for a quick and affordable meal. I tried the nasi lemak, which came with the usual accompaniments and a serving of curry chicken. The food was decent and satisfying, especially for the price Service was also decent and the ordering process was straightforward despite the outlet being fairly busy. Overall, nothing fancy, but good value for money if you’re looking for a convenient and filling local meal at ARC

I love the fried bee hoon, not oilly, fragrant old school flavour and always serve hot. The teh-C also taste very Good. Will come back often

Their stock system is so messed up, I got there about 5:30pm, tried to order three different types of fried food, and they ran out of all three! Had to order something else which was ok, but please make more choices available.

It's very bad service. I ordered from Food Panda, and it took 1 and 1/2 hours, but I still haven't been delivered. And cause the rider to keep changing. Call to check and keep give all the excuses said never receive the order and never get back.

Set A ($7.90) Nasi Lemak with Dry Curry Chicken and a cup of tea/coffee. Nasi lemak was alright but the dry curry chicken was so bad. Just chunks of chicken with barely any taste, and too much oil that was seeping everywhere. Had to force myself to finish the chicken.
