Had a great experience at Wingstop today! 😊 A special shoutout to Fadilah, the Flavour Ambassador, who was so friendly and welcoming from the moment we ordered. She was efficient, patient, and even took the time to double-check our order with us to make sure everything was correct. It’s such a small gesture, but it really showed that she genuinely cared about giving us good service. Thank you, Fadilah, for making our visit such a pleasant one. Great food and even better customer service—we’ll definitely be back!

I saw a lady staff going around offering voucher for writing a Google review. Anyway here’s my honest review. The fried mushroom were dry and smaller than what I previously had. The onion rings were dry, with bitter taste, different from what I had previously. Chicken was alright.

The fried chicken, especially the hot honey flavour, was amazing. Even the soft drinks were unique. Great experience every time coming to WingStop.

Came to the restaurant on 31 May at 19:11. The lady who took my order was fantastic but what left a sour taste in my mouth was the collection period. I waited for 25-30minutes My order was 256, I ordered only 1 meal. Order 258 had multiple sets and was delivered earlier. I reached out to the lady at the collection point and she mentioned that the order number is not in sequence, implying that I should continue waiting. Another 5minutes passed orders 257 and 260 were called. I went back to the collection area to clarify and a male staff told me that the kitchen was MISSING my receipt. If I were to continue waiting I would never have gotten my order. Despite knowing this, the lady repeated again that the orders are not called in sequence, when the real issue is that the kitchen lost my receipt.
