the staff named Sheila has a mean attitude, witnessed her speaking in a rude manner and raising her voice at the customer before me in line. this is not the service you should be providing, if items are out of stock then please say it kindly, there is no need to shout

Staff was really rude. They accidentally packed and charged my curry puff to the earlier customer and when I pointed it out, all I asked was if they had charged the customer wrongly because I did not see the lady return the customer the extra money. The lady began shouting at me and I told her to calm down but immediately she and the next customer started berating me in Malay when I am still within earshot. U r in the service industry I just didn't want the earlier customer to be overcharged. And I asked nicely. Honestly there is no need to be so rude about it. Really turned off by the service at this outlet here and won't patronise again

prefer vivo's ock as compared to the harbourfront outlet as this outlet's items are always hot or minimally warm. recommending the sotong onstick? cheese sausages and chicken chunks. also the old auntie staff here is super friendly and patient to offer suggestion and show the new seasonal offerings.
