Used to support OCK alot. Their taste has never dropped. Unfortunately a recent incident has put me off with this franchise. In the curry puff was a strand of hair..I took photo and gave my feedback to the store. All I got was just stares and say its factory issue. I told them if they wanted the photo to report to their manager or office..they couldn't be bothered and said once I complain online it's done. So here I am . Sad customer experience ..

My mom went today 17 March 2025 at around 10 am and asked the staff about chicken wings and was shouted at that wings only ready at 12 noon. I was rudely waved away by the same Chinese lady previously.

In Thomson plaza the lady staff (Malay) service very very bad. I choosing the food on the sticks then I pointed on her which one I want but she told me “cannot down see”. Service cannot accept.
