Unserious staff. Both old lady at the cashier and the male picking the sticks. Need to focus on their job more. Speak to your customer nicely, send them back for customer service training please.

Bought a chicken nugget with cheese at $3.80 but the staff who is wearing black spec with short hair is very unfriendly and giving attitude. Can refer how she serve by the photo attached.

The absolute worst experience I have ever had at an old Chang Kee outlet the staff were rude I told them I wanted normal curry puff 3 times and they mushroom ok? Then oh my gah!!! so I just said yes, next I when I got my chicken chunky pops the aunty said want cheese? I said yes but the amount of cheese and where it went was insane she gave very little cheese and she put it at the side not even on the damn chicken!!! 🤬 like it’s supposed to go onto the chicken but no she just put on the side of the cup ON PURPOSE 💀💀💀 not recommended 👎

I wanted to buy three durian balls. The cashier told me to wait another 10 minutes and come back later. When I returned, they still hadn't fried the durian balls. The cooker giving me an attitude face and kept saying they didn’t have space to fry them. What kind of service is this? I just wasted my time waiting
