Great customer service both the Aunty and the Malay woman were very nice. Delicious curry puff, definitely coming back.

Passed by there during CNY period. Surprisingly that they had CNY series of items. Tried out their dendeng bak kwa chicken o', it was monstrously delicious. The taste was so unique and it was made with fresh ingredients, so addictive!! Unfortunately their trio spring o' was out of stock. Wish they come back next year ! Beside that, their fish ball and sausage were so delicious still. Love them much. Would revisit again, although the queue is always long.

Long time didn't visit bugis junction, can tell lots of different shops open. And this ock branch has the lunch menu like oth! But I didn't order the meal, just takeaway some snacks. Was attended by a friendly lady staff who made my tired day better😉

Visited around 10 Nov, 7:20–7:25 PM to collect via foodpanda. The staff (the short-haired lady with red hair) was so kind and thoughtful! She was frying my food and the baby squid with salted egg was perfectly done — the salted egg powder was evenly mixed and so tasty. When she handed me my order, she even smiled warmly — it really made my day. Thank you for the great service and delicious food!

The staff taking orders seemed more focused on rushing people than showing any basic manners. Slamming food on the counter and calling the next customer right after .. seriously? This is food we’re eating. At least have some respect for the food and your customers.
