The curry o quality is different now. The meat inside some is chicken and some pcs feel so "tendon" like...it feels like they replaced some of the chicken meat with some of the scraps of the chicken whichr like the more chewy part which doesnt taste nice to eat to be honest. I dont know what happened or if they changed anything but its not the same as before a few years ago. A few years ago it tasted of all chicken meat n potato. But today i ate and it wasnt so enjoyable. I hope they can check the quality and change the recipe back to the old recipe please. I like the old recipe . Even for the sardine curry puff...i feel like they reduced the amount of sardine inside. There used to be chunks of sardine in the curry puff last time. But now it just feels like a blended sardine paste which honestly doesnt taste enjoyable. Its sad to see why they changed the recipe or why they changed smth inside the curry puff? Because the old recipe many years ago was much better . I hope they dont go down in quality please because i liked the curry puff for many years and its tasty. Please dont become a victim of the same trend that happens to many food establishments, and that is reducing the quality of the food because of whatever reasons, and in the end the quality goes down n customers dont get the same quality as before and a good recipe gets forgotten :( Please please check the quality of the sardine cutry puff and curry o and please seriously look into this matter and i hope you can improve the flavour please. Thank you!!

The fried chicken wings are very tough, there’s even more batter than meat, and the texture is dry and unpleasant. It really doesn’t taste good at all and needs serious improvement. It’s extremely bad and disappointing.

There are 2 aunties. When i was there, one auntie just looked at me with no reaction. It was 10am in the morning. The other aunty then greeted me and asked me what i wanted? She up sell and cross sell other products to me. To me, this is good customer service. Got the salted egg tater tots and fried chicken wing. The taste for chicken wing is not as nice as before and the price is $2.30 (increased). The salted egg tater tots i could only tasted chili. No salted egg smell and taste.

Hi, I just bought two items from Old Chang Kee Tampines Branch. The auntie gave me the crab nugget on stick instead of prawn nugget on stick, and I only noticed the difference in taste and texture after taking a bite. When I walked back to ask for a new prawn nugget, she said that I could not change anymore as I took a bite. Firstly, they should be responsible for the mistake they have made. The two staff were in a conversation while serving me, and the auntie was slow in her action, probably making her lose focus and serve me the wrong item. Secondly, I do not understand what she mean by if I did not take a bite, I can change it. Because two of the items she gave me were in the SAME BAG. And I already ate one of them. It would be absolutely unhygienic for her to sell the unconsumed stick to another customer! I don’t know how she’s going to answer to the customer if the customer bought the crab stick I returned to them and fall sick! Please train the staff better and ensure they are responsible for their actions.

Had to wait more than 20 minutes after ordering from foodpanda as the cashier mentioned that they were still cooking my food. Perhaps this outlet is understaffed, but the same cashier could not even tell me how long I had to wait even though she could have simply checked with her colleague.
