* updated : Today, 26 June 2026 @ 6.55am, i bought mee siam & curry puff. Another lady served me. She is nice and remembered to pack sambal chili for my mee siam. Thank you! Mee siam is always yummy, sweet & sour gravy . Portion just nice. ***************************************** After reading the reviews, i was ready to be treated like stated. Bought mee siam for breakfast at about 6.55am. The lady at the counter, wearing glasses entertained customers patiently. Eventhough she was held up with some glitches, she handled public calmly. She made the whole waiting time a pleasant one. Food served hot, noticed some over fried.

Bad. Especially the auntie. I stood infront so long but have no courtesy to ask my order. When I say my order she say she can’t hear. If cannot hear customer order then I think she is not fit to work anymore. The food are all cold alr and 6pm they have started closing the store even though it’s until 7pm. Suck.

Very poor service at Old Chang Kee, Joo Koon Circle. I wanted to place an order, but the staff just ignored me and made me wait around 10 minutes before attending to me. There was no proper acknowledgement, no “please wait”, nothing. Customers should not have to stand there wondering whether the staff is going to take their order or not. Food may be okay, but the service experience was disappointing. Please improve staff attentiveness and customer service.

Dirty kitchen, grimes can be found on display of food, oil stains on the floor, how did you guys still operationally is beyond my doubt. Dont bother on buying here as the outlet cleanliness is not up to par.

Visited your outlet on 4th April at 1250hrs. Was served by a rude employee, to which I was told to wait for her to compete her packing of food items into a paper box before I could order. Customer service is way beyond the standards of other OCK outlet.
