20 September 2022 1 star doesn’t suit them at all. Should 0 star instead. Their service is super lousy. Standing in-front of the Lavender branch store for at least 3 mins. 1 skinny aunty doing so-called admin job (rated this aunty for 0 score for many reasons, doesn’t fit to do salesperson) another one doing kitchen job. Both of them no teamwork and No manner! All those aunties showing their black face and rude service. Please improve your customer service otherwise, you will lose lots of business because their ‘polite service’. Thank you.

The auntie and makcik so garang. I used shopback to redeem my curry puff and she accused me for cheating I even need to show my purchase receipt and email for redeeming even tho I show them step by step by step redeeming the voucher. Never even purchase in this outlet! Even my colleague being shooed away just now for trying to purchase the snacks 🤦♀️

Visited on 12/9/22, around 3pm. Disgusting and appalling service, asked auntie about the sesame ball, no reply and basically treated me as talking to myself. When making payment i asked how much is it, she said look at the signage for the price but the signage indicated “welcome to old change kee” LOL! really rude and horrible service. Pls shut it down 👎🏻👎🏻

i went to buy on november 20, I came back bought again on November 21(today), the sales lady is very rude, i don't know what happened to her but when I bought the food she was very upset with me. So sad because had the staff like her.

All the snacks are just average - small size but higher prices. Took 1 star off because the service staff was scolding the customers.

An employee was very rude to the lady who was in front of me in queue, who was trying to redeem free curry puff. The system had some problem and it took a bit to make the redemption work, but that doesn't give the employee to take it out on the customer who did nothing wrong. Please train your staff on proper attitude. If this is what customers must suffer to get the so-called freebies, then just don't offer them at all. No one's forcing you to. This reflects very poorly on your brand's image.

This outlet customer service is extremely appalling , disgusting. Flabbergasted. The China woman is extremely rude . Her appalling attitude really blows my mind. How can old Chang kee even hire her in the first place. She is literally chasing all the customers away. Shall never buy from this outlet anymore. Have to pay the service to suffer the appalling & disgusting service . Do not deserve even a star :(

Extremely rude old lady at the counter. I said hi, she didn’t realise I was even there. Then when she saw me I gave my order. She didn’t hear again, I repeated. Then she shouted me “what do you want?”. So bad attitude for no reason.

The taste is good but it would be better if it is hot or warm. The services is not good. I may suggest you to try other branches if you’re convenient.

Good place to grab a bit on your way to station. Service is quick. You need to be ready with order as the queue is always there.

Just ok.. i try 5 types of food here.. the fish dimsum is good!!!! And the prawn one.. the sauce i didnt like it.. but if u want to try, go on.. hahaha

Some old school 一 串串 we used to eat back in the 80s。Reminiscing the old days. Although the auntie who served us don't really like to smile but she did her job well, gave us the wet tissue and chilli sauces we need. Answering our questions on different types of curry puff they have etc😜😜. Keep up the good work😋😍😉 Take out only.
