I’ve tried to get my money back but at this point no one is listening to me and the company didn’t even care. I got sick from eating RAW CHICKEN. No one would return my money since it was through Uber Eats. Which is INSANE. I would like my money and I’m never eating at Popeyes again.I’ll also be reporting this to food safety.

Me and my kids love their food.. always good n freshly made. But had their chicken pieces on the weekend and this time they were a bit too salty..

Overall decent food, wouldn’t attempt to compare to other Popeyes that I’ve been to tho. However service is extremely rude. We had to wait for 20 minutes for 8 pieces of chicken nuggets and this lady is just blaming it on the trainee. EXTREMELY RUDE TO BOTH THE CUSTOMERS AND THE TRAINEE, place an Uber eats if possible. If you see this lady at the cashier, RUN!!!

so its a gamble eating here I've been here many times, you either get raw chicken or you get like the best chicken you've ever tasted which is why I gave food 4 stars instead of 1. The atmosphere is great but the service isn't good. It takes so long to get your food and the store is empty its so dumb.

Terrible management and teamwork. I was there between 5/5:30 on April 3 and they left 1 girl to do all of the work while 3 employees/management were standing around and clearly socializing, not speaking English or offering any help to the poor girl doing everything. Service would be a lot better if someone helped the hardworking cashier.

Just had moved back into this West-End location recently. We always try and get their “Daily Specials” especially on the Mondays, when they have available as the special 3 Chicken Tenders with one sauce for $5.99 + HST, we make a meal out of it adding mashed potatoes, gravy and a biscuit for the meal. Always fresh and tender, with a nice crispy batter to compliment the juicy chicken tenders. Staff on hand are very efficient and friendly and accommodating to all customers and delivery drivers waiting for their orders there also. We will be back, this store is extremely clean and seems to operate efficiently and working together as a team.

Excellent clean place took their time to answer my questions about hand slaughter chicken, which I was satisfied. I never miss a chance to visit when I’m in the area.

Everything was perfect. We were happy with the good food that we got. Perfectly cooked and well maintained dine in area. Really good staff. Wow We really had awesome time here . All thanks to the staff and management team .❤️

honest review is this place is a miss 80% of the time. unfortunately i ordered the ghost pepper wings not only were they un-seasoned but the wings themselves were rubbery, tasteless and had the funky smell/taste like sweaty socks used as toilet paper. My expectations are never high for fast food because they use low quality ingredients but it usually taste's pretty good which can only be said for there Cajun fries. in conclusion this specific store gets a 2 only cause of the fry's otherwise a 1

I used to frequent this popeyes location a lot in the past 3 years, but todays experience is making me reconsider coming back. They forgot the one singular sauce pack i got in my order AND my partner and I both got food poisoning :/ service is always good and they are very nice there. hopefully, this situation doesnt become a trend. i ordered the spicy chicken sandwich and 8 pc nugget combo with fries

2 spicy chicken sandwiches, they were made well, but they were very large and were over cooked. Can't go wrong with popeyes, and even though they were overcooked, that southern Colonel's chicken still has nothing on popeyes.

I ordered the fish sandwich n the ghost pepper one The ghost pepper was amazing but FISH SANDWICH WASN'T FRESH. Eating from here every second day for the past week. Had to update the review Yesterday also i bought 2 sandwiches Ghost pepper which was amazing And the regular chicken. Which was good _____________________________ The old review 👇 The staff members are on a different level.
