Got a twelve piece meal. Took 25 min to make. Wanted half and half, spicy and regular. Asked two times by staff if we'd take 3 spicy and rest regular. We said no. Clearly they were too lazy to make a whole fresh batch and were trying to push the old stuff sitting there on us. So we get back to our place and the fries are a soggy mess. Mac and cheese is tasteless. No napkins, forks or anything else. Luckily I grabbed salt and asked for ketchup. Chicken was only good because I refused the old stuff and waited. This barely gets two stars. Try the other place in town I'd advise. This one is not a winner.

I ordered a 3 peice spicy tender combo with onion rings, and an 8 piece nugget combo with mashed potatoes. We waited a while (which is understandable as the food is always fresh) I recieved the order (without receipt) and when I opened the one container it was chicken on the bone instead of the tenders. The cashier was very polite but kept saying that I had ordered the 3 piece chicken combo instead of tenders (my autistic daughter will not eat meat off of a bone, so I definitely did NOT order bone in chicken for her) They offered to make some fresh tenders but it would be another wait (we had already been there for nearly 20 minutes and we're running late by this point and couldn't wait) Basically just wanted to say if you are ordering from here make sure that they understand EXACTLY what you are ordering. Otherwise food tastes good

When people arrive here for placing order, the counter person greets them by saying are you Uber or Skip the dishes, this kind of racist people makes customer disrespectful to even place order. i came to place a group order for my friends at office and due to this kind of treatment walked out of the store, at 12:30pm , 21st June

As always, the chicken was hot fresh and very tasty. Love the biscuits and fries too. The only reason I gave a 4 star was because I had a real craving for red beans and rice, but sadly there was none.

I have worst worst worst experience Popeys staff is very rood. They worked unprofessionally . I went for pickup and order is not ready .instead of making the order, she said cancelled the order. I think this is not way to deal with drivers . The staff must have equal respect for customers and delivery drivers.

We both had the deluxe spicy chicken sandwich, with fries to share. The fries were crisp and tasty. The chicken sandwich was delicious - totally out-classes places like Arby's and Burger King, and much better than even Wendy's.

Walk into Popeyes 9pm at night. Greeted by this lovely lady that had the best customer service I come across in This town in awhile at a fast food joint! She took the time to help us out with picking our meal for the best bang for our buck! Over all wonderful lady! Wish I got her name to recognize her! Hope this review gets back to her because she was worth a review ! Will be going back again! Thanks a lot!

How to give less than a star to a restaurant? The food was amazing as always but the customer service was awful. I asked to get a 4 piece bonafide chicken platter as it is famously called on Uber eats and skip the dishes but the server kept looking at me like I said something stupid. She kept making comments about that not being the name and the name being something else but I ignored. I went to sit down to have my food and I could still hear her from behind the counter laughing at how I had placed the order wrong as if that wasn’t bad enough, I left a tip after all of that and her response was “we don’t usually accept tips on the counter.” She was very hostile for no reason and I was just trying to get my food. I do not think I’d be visiting that particular location ever because I’d just rather not be attended to by her ever again.

Ordered spicy chicken and spicy tenders the tenders were good and spicy but the chicken I had ordered was not so I took it up to the cash and was making sure they gave me what I had ordered the cashier insisted that it was spicy and not for one second did she admit or even acknowledge they had gave me the wrong thing and then she dismissed me and everything I had asked about. Terrible service terrible chicken would not recommend this place on Chemong is much better not to mention they were so damn slow quite ridiculous

The size of the chicken pieces are now the same as KFC. We couldn't recognize the breast because it was cut in half. I think we were missing a large mashed potato because I asked for 2 and got one. I paid roughly $100 on December the 19th and it didn't feed all 6 or 7 people.

Great taste, fresh and crispy. Was about to write a review and found out already left one 2 years ago. Best Popeyes ever! Chicken made so fresh, had to wait a bit to eat since it's still burning hot right from the pot to the table.

One of the dirtiest restaurants in town. Pop machines are never clean, it's legit always filthy and sticky, the ice never works, the pop is not cold. The biscuits are hard as a rock every time . The only upside is that they always seem to put food down when it's needed so you know you're gunna get a decent piece of chicken. I normally don't complain but after tonight I just can't keep it to myself anymore. The other Popeyes location is maintained much better

Great food, great service, clean restaurant. No complaints. It took a while to get my food but they had quite a few skip the dishes orders before my walk-in so it is expected.

One of my most favorite places to go. Staff is always nice and friendly to myself and my grandmother who also is a favorite to this location. Never been disappointed coming here. Clean restaurant, delicious food.
