Last night, I visited Popeyes and ordered a 10-piece chicken meal. The food was very fresh and well cooked. The team was very well-mannered and behaved professionally. It was one of the best experiences I’ve ever had.

The savoury biscuits and poutine pair so well with each other!! The chicken was fresh and juicy. Boneless wings were flavourful the kids absolutely loved them. We got the honey garlic sauce on the side and it was just perfect. Ms. Jia was very patient and considerate, She even gave my kids stickers to play with. I was also told about their Manager’s Special promo 10 pcs for Onlyyy $24.99. Overall I liked the way I was treated. Would come back for sure.

Popeyes is one of my favorite places for crispy chicken. When I was living in Montreal, there were no Popeyes locations there, so I never had the chance to try it. After moving to Toronto, I tried Popeyes for the first time, and since then it has become part of my weekly routine. What I really love about Popeyes is the consistent quality and bold flavor. The Ghost Pepper wings are my top choice — perfectly crispy with just the right amount of heat. The original chicken sandwich is always fresh and juicy, and the nuggets, mini wrap, and chicken tenders are great options depending on my mood. The mac & cheese is creamy and comforting, and the biscuit is absolutely outstanding — soft, buttery, and full of flavor. The service is usually quick, the food is served hot, and the portions are satisfying. Overall, Popeyes is my go-to spot whenever I’m craving flavorful, crispy chicken, and it never disappoints.

Located inside the peanut plaza. Swung by to take advantage of the late night (4am closing) 10 piece chicken promo. At first was confused how this was going to work. Parked out front as there were a few cars congregated by the door. Gave them a call and was informed sit down service was closed but takeout was available. They asked what I wanted and informed them of the 10 peice special They said 10 mins and goto side door. At side door gave them another ring and they opened up the door with freshly prepared batch ready to go with ketchup and hot sauce with plenty of napkins for even the sloppiest of eaters to clean up with Great late night fun at a “drive in” esque experience to dine in the car to steam up the windows before heading out with a fully tummy of goodness.

Disgusting place and staff. Human hairs in food. Based on my experience, this restaurant showed an appalling lack of hygiene and professionalism. The food I was served had human hair in it, which is absolutely disgusting and completely unacceptable for any dining establishment. What made the situation even worse was the staff’s attitude. When I reported the issue, the employee "Simren" showed zero concern and acted as if it wasn’t a serious problem. I requested to speak with a manager, and she claimed the manager wasn’t available. She took my number and said the manager "Jeagen" would call me. It has been days, and I received no call, no follow-up, and not even a basic apology. In my opinion, this restaurant clearly has serious hygiene problems and staff who do not care about customer safety or customer service. If this is how they handle complaints, I can only imagine how many issues go ignored. I will never return, and I strongly advise others to avoid this place based on what I witnessed.
