The chicken is marinated perfectly without too salty and very crispy. The restaurant is tidy and clean. The manager and staff are very patient and detail orientated to take the orders.

The service we got was great. Nobody was rude, they just did their jobs. Food was excellent as we ordered a family meal. I expected to have a longer wait, but the food was prepared quickly.

Had a very disappointing experience at Popeyes today. Arrived at 11:50am with my brother and ordered two spicy specials. He also ordered the same. I received my order within 2 minutes, very small chicken pieces and the lady did not listen to the sauces I ordered, just threw two ranch in the bag. (Fine, I could live with this - however) They forgot to make my brothers order, the exact same order right behind me. We proceeded to wait for over 25 minutes with multiple people behind us getting their orders. They were so clueless when we brought this to their attention and took another 5 minutes just to get him his order. Total time spent at Popeyes for the Tuesday special? 35 mins and we received garbage. Never coming to this location again, your workers need training on customer service especially if you see two paying customers waiting for over 20 minutes without getting their orders. 1/5 across the board. Do better Popeyes. (PS, I think this chicken leg you gave me could pass for a chicken wing with how small it is, or perhaps your chickens have polio!).

We ordered takeout here, specifically asking for the chicken wings to be completely non-spicy since I cannot tolerate heat. Unfortunately, the wings were absolutely inedible and incredibly spicy. While the staff was friendly, I order takeout for the food, and this was a total disappointment. Restaurants need to understand that when a customer requests a non-spicy option for dietary reasons, it needs to be respected. I won't be returning.

I went to Popeyes right before closing and they still accepted my order with no attitude at all. The service was exceptional and the food was fresh and perfectly made. Huge shoutout to Jyoti and Naman for their professionalism and positive energy even late at night. They really went above and beyond. Customer service like this deserves recognition! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
