Had a really great experience at this Popeyes! The service was friendly and welcoming. A special shoutout to Ance for being so helpful and for going above and beyond. Really appreciate the extra effort and great service!

I had a very disappointing experience today. I tried to order a student deal, but I was denied simply because I didn’t have a physical student ID with me. I explained that I am currently a student and even showed valid proof, including my Blackboard login and my confirmation of enrollment. Despite providing these it felt like the manager didn’t believe that I was actually a student. Instead of trying to help or offering any alternative solution, the only response I received was, “I can’t do anything about it.” What made this even more frustrating is that I have previously purchased the exact same student deal at this same branch using the same proof without any issues. I understand that businesses have policies, but customer service is also about listening, showing empathy, and handling situations professionally. Unfortunately, the manager’s attitude came across as dismissive and unhelpful, leaving me feeling like my concerns didn’t matter. I hope this branch reviews how these situations are handled so future customers receive better service and a more respectful experience.

Gary has great energy to him everytime man! Before I could ask, he educated me on the meals and add ons - plus options i have before I could even ask. GREAT customer service! He's attentive to details and makes the team better with his presence!

I had placed an order online approximately half an hour ago, I currently stand in the store still waiting for my order. I asked a representative at the desk. They said they are still waiting for Phillies, which is very crazy to hear because it’s been half an hour of notice and still no work has been made. Tragically to say this is not the first time I’ve had an encounter such as this where I’ve waited over half an hour for food, On top of that, my friend ordered just a medium box of fries once we entered the store which was approximately 20 minutes ago and has still not received that box of fries, Unfortunately, as often as I do say to myself that I will not come back to this location I still do, but truly this time is definitely the last time because I have destinations to be at, and I am still waiting for food, Absolutely ridiculous would definitely not recommend ever coming into this location and only a dire need of if every Popeyes ever closed.

Service could not possibly be any worse. Whatever time you schedule your mobile order, expect to wait at least 15-20 minutes when you arrive. Staff just fills orders in whatever order they want. They ignore people standing at the mobile pickup area. And what do you get after waiting a ridiculous amount of time? Boxes of food that are no longer fresh and have become soggy.
