Shubhangi was very kind and when we asked for a bag she insisted on packing our food for us. She was very polite and the experience was memorable. It was late and despite that she remained professional and helpful when i know at that time of night i would be so tired. The food was delicious, the chicken was juicy, the deal was good, the lemonade was tasty. I have no complaints. I hope Shubhangi gets the recognition she deserves. Very kind woman and I wish her the best :)

First time visiting this location, overall I love popeyes but this location i didn’t had good experience. If you see on the receipt, i added two wild honey mustard which is at no charge, the staff refused to give me that but I could have paid for sauces if it was charged to me for 1 dollar it doesn’t make big difference for me but staff is not welcoming at all. They said you didn’t pay for it you will not get it but receipt clearly says its at no charge. And lastly, seriously 4 onion rings, this is not my first time at Popeyes but i never got 4 onion rings in a side order. Please train your staff better and please learn a little more customer service, if you don’t wanna learn any customer services please don’t work in front.

Been going to this location for some years and it’s gotten pretty disappointing. Pretty bad especially since it’s right beside a high school and gets good traffic from being in a plaza mall. The quality of the chicken can vary - Sometimes you just know the chicken’s been sitting under the lamp for hours. Back then, the takeout box would be filled with fries but they’ve gotten so cheap with their portion. My box was literally only 30% or less filled with fries. The chicken and biscuit was sliding all around from the lack of fries. Absolutely unbelievable - I paid so much for a half empty box of fries (with the chicken and biscuit too). I’d rather drive farther to another location.

Order No 11598 6- Piece Chicken Combo $22.79 Medium Fries. $2.50 Large Cole Slaw $4.50 Total $33.66 The Customer Left thinking there were 6- Pieces of Chicken BUT on the way to work ,stopped to inspect the Order and found only 3– Pieces of Chicken in the Order Package This is an Outrage, GAS PRICES ARE THROUGH THE ROOF and your employees are either instructed not to do their jobs or incompetent. Had to return back to the Popeyes Location at 325 Central Parkway West ,confronted the same person on location , who Said, OH I PUT 4- PIECES OF CHICKEN, ***** SUPPOSED TO BE 6**** TIME AND GAS WASTED Very very unhappy with this !!!!!!!!!!!!

Pavneet had such a great energy and great upsell skills skills. She made sure that she got all of our order right and the chicken fresh. Probably one of the best services I’ve experienced from Popeyes.
