Overall terrible experience. The food was okay but the service and the attitude of the girl on cash was ridiculous. First off when I ordered my first item right off the bat she goes “anything else?” With full on attitude . Then she goes on making faces as I continue my order as if it was some sort of burden on her. Final icing on the cake was when I got my order she asked “drinks?” She hands me two drinks seeing I have the bag in the other hand and cannot hold them. When asked for a drink tray she moved silently and just puts the tray on the counter by the cash not even by me. Then I put the drinks in it myself on the front counter as there are other customers behind me. If you do not like working there then maybe find a different job, she had made me feel as if she was doing me a favour taking my order with her attitude. I am a local business owner and I find the entitlement ridiculous, it was my first time at this location and I definitely will not be coming again and I will be letting all the people I know about my experience here. I believe some of these people need to understand they have jobs because customers come and decide to spend their hard earned money at their establishment. If you cannot be customer facing then maybe find a different job where you don’t have to be.

Received week old drumstick and a thigh as I did a takeout. The chicken was dark brown inside and smelled bad. Please take a bite inside the store to see if it is fresh or not. Not ever going to this store ever again.

Had a great experience at Popeyes today! The staff was very nice and welcoming. The lady at the front was extremely polite and handled everything so well even during a big rush. She made sure our order came on time and was also very kind and helpful to other customers too. Really appreciated the service and definitely liked this place very much!

Picture speaks for itself. I don’t understand who thinks someone would want to eat the stem or end on a tomato. I would suggest educating the kitchen staff on how to properly prepare food for customers. This just shows the lack of care this employee has. Please think twice before ordering here or atleast double check all your food before you leave the establishment.

I come here once in a while to grab some chicken. Place is clean. Servers are friendly and professional. As for food… some pieces were small some were bigger. Inconsistent. Chicken was fried too long. Some pieces weren’t good quality with bone damage. Salty. Seems to have declined in last while. Had to wait for a bit to receive my order. However I was informed it may take 15-20 min. There was music playing…. Good but bit loud. I won’t be coming here much.
