Absolutely disgusting! Popeyes by Anderson & Thickson. I order 2 delta minis through the mobile app as they had a coupon. Was severely disappointed when I found myself sitting for 30 minutes in a basically empty Popeyes for 2 small sandwiches. I was completely disgusted to find my sandwiches had not been fully cooked and was served to me raw despite the 30 minute wait for my food. Upon realizing I went back to the store where the chef and the cashier both tried to tell me that this chicken is completely cooked and only looks that way due to it being spicy and that’s the seasoning they use. Anyone with eyes and any culinary knowledge would not need to look twice to tell this is bloody raw!

There's really not much you need to say about Popeyes except that the chicken and service is pretty consistent every time. While Church's has now taken over the number 1 spot for me in terms of fast food fried chicken, Popeyes still has a special place in my heart and I would never hesitate to come back and enjoy their spicy, delicious chicken.

Really bad experience here over the weekend, around 11pm on a Saturday. Cons: The staff don’t seem very attentive The chicken didn’t have the proper breading My spicy chicken was the same as the mild Oil was pretty old Gravy was super chunky (like when you leave gravy out) versus being properly warmed and stored Lack of attention or care, the two workers not really doing much and a 4 minute wait on an online order was 20 minutes Pop machine was down, because they ran out of gas…not sure I ever heard of that before I would avoid this location, my usual spot closes at 11pm and this one is open late. Save yourself the pain but if you are reading this and going in, at least you know how bad it can be.

Don’t waste your hard earned $ here! ZERO STARS IS TOO MANY! June 8-Still no reply May 18- Purchased chicken at Popeyes May 18-Google review 👎 May 23- Contacted Popeyes via web chat, was advised complaint would be raised & store will contact me 3-5 days May 23- requested Head Office/ Customer Service contact info as ‘corporate’ should know franchisee is harming their name & reputation May 31- 🦗 🦗🦗🦗🦗….still waiting. Not a word from either the store or Popeyes Corporate/ HO Head Office/ Customer Service Bad food , bad customer experience & yet no one cares Never again. 1. Chicken was SO dry, think heat lamp reheated…shouldn’t it be freshly cooked at 6pm? 2. Place ‘feels’ unsanitary We’ve ordered from here 1/2x a year, usually because we forget how bad it was last time. No more.

After so many bad experiences at Popeyes chicken i stop going to any Popeyes but after long break i recently visited the Popeyes Chicken located at Thickson and Hwy2, and I must say it was one of the worst dining experiences I have ever had. The overpowering stench of the chicken was enough to make me lose my appetite before even taking a single bite. The unpleasant smell permeated the entire restaurant, making it impossible to enjoy the food. To make matters worse, the cleanliness of the restaurant was abysmal. Every visit I made, the place was dirty and unkempt. The tables were sticky, and the floors were covered in crumbs. It seemed as though the staff had no interest in maintaining even basic hygiene standards. It was an absolute nightmare. The service was equally disappointing. The staff members appeared indifferent and uninterested in providing any sort of customer service. I encountered long waiting times, incorrect orders, and an overall lack of professionalism. It was clear that the employees were not adequately trained or motivated to meet customer expectations. I strongly advise against visiting the Popeyes Chicken at Thickson and Hwy2. The repugnant odor combined with the consistently dirty environment and poor service made for an incredibly unpleasant dining experience. Save yourself the disappointment and frustration by avoiding this particular location at all costs. There are plenty of other dining options in the area that will provide a more enjoyable and satisfactory experience.

May we suggest that you cook fresh chicken meat even you serve it late at night, because the one that we bought weren’t and if you can make into a big bigger size to look appetizing, and to be honest we threw it away including the salty French fries.

This was one of those locations that shared the space with three restaurants. Popeye's, Wendy's and Tim Hortons. The area was well maintained with good lighting and clean & tidy. The staff at all three booths were friendly and helpful. This would be a good place to bring the kids. Lots of parking including handicaps. Clean washrooms as well. With three restaurants at one location, there is something for everyone. See pictures!

I used to visit this place on and off, to be honest this place os worst in terms of cleanliness. Their drinks dispenser remained out of order for at least a month and was also not working last night but they do not care and serve warm drinks. The building AC was not working when I visited night so they opened door. In this hot humid environment small bees were flying all over including mosquitoes. There is a big swelling on my cheek as i did not notice that one bit me. Popeyes should look at the hygiene issues of their business partners.

This is for the location @Dundas & Thickson. There services is slow and messed up. After waiting 30 min for the order it was done wrong. They re-did it and still got it wrong. Also after I got home I found out the order was missing some items. I do not recommend this place.

Just wanted to thank Farhat for her amazing customer service. Believe it or not as soon as we enter the store she welcomes us and begins to prepare our order. Shes wonderful with kids and my daughter knows her name off by heart and looks forward to going to Popeyes. Thank you for always being amazing! Your thoughtfulness truly goes a long way. Don’t come here lazy, and useless staff don’t wash hands or change gloves between orders, or touching various things. Educate your workers on how to properly and effectively run a restaurant in a sanitary manner. Very disappointed from a “franchise” as to their set standards in terms of cleanliness and customer service. Couldn’t give less stars. I love Popeyes chicken but avoid this location at all costs.
