Just terrible. Came into the store, ordered, midway ordering, the cashier proceeds to address a delivery driver, talking over another conversation as if I wasn’t in front of her ordering. I then waited around 8 minutes while mobile orders were made and prepared, absolutely no communication to me about my order status…they literally just forgot my order while managing mobile orders and talking smack amongst each other. Save your time and money and try another location.

Tonight around 2am I ordered a 4 piece combo w/a spicy sandwich. The worker refused to give more fries and said that I was given actually more than the regular size amount. Is this actually how the portions work or was I scammed? All the other food items I had were really good otherwise!

What is the reason that Popeyes are so cheap on sauce? Are the workers taking it home? The chicken burger doesn’t have anything inside, plain,no mayonnaise,no sauce,no lettuce or vegetables . The fries are soaked in oil, and the entire thing is extremely salty

I was a bit hesitant to visit after reading some of the recent reviews, but my experience was actually really good. My order was prepared correctly, the food was fresh and hot, and the staff were polite. The restaurant was clean, and everything went smoothly from start to finish. I know experiences can vary, but based on my visit, I had no complaints. I wouldn’t hesitate to come back again.

Food was edible and I didn't get sick. Beyond that I can't say much. Absolutely terrible service. TERRIBLE. This is supposed to be fast food. What an absolute nightmare. There was literally 1 person on front of me and it took over 15 mins to get my food and about 7 to order.
