Very disappointing experience at Popeyes. The staff were extremely rude and unprofessional, and the way they spoke to customers was not acceptable. Good customer service is just as important as the food, and unfortunately, I did not feel welcomed or respected during my visit. Management should seriously look into how customers are being treated at this location. I hope they improve their customer service and train staff to communicate with customers respectfully.

Literally the most raw and stale fries ever. This was at 7 am I even ask the women when were they made she said 30m ago because of bulk order. Literally bs, it was raw could’ve gotten me sick with the way this chicken was.

I had a great experience at Popeyes today! The service really stood out—Abdul was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and attentive throughout my visit. He made sure my order was correct and went above and beyond to provide excellent customer service. It’s always nice to be greeted with a positive attitude, and Abdul definitely made my visit more enjoyable. The food was fresh and delicious as always, but the service is what will keep me coming back. Highly recommend this location!

Had a fantastic takeout experience at this Popeyes location tonight! The service was warm, personable, and truly impeccable from start to finish. The team made us feel welcomed, and everything was handled efficiently. The food was fresh, well-prepared, and absolutely hit the spot. The onion rings were especially impressive—perfectly crisp and delicious. You can tell care goes into the quality here. The location itself is clean, well-maintained, and super convenient—just a stone’s throw from Kipling subway station. Perfect for picking up a quick dinner on the way home. We went with the family meal, and it was a big hit—everyone at home was smiling! Highly recommend this spot if you're looking for a quick, satisfying meal. We’ll definitely be back. Thanks for a great experience!
