This is the only branch my family buys Popeyes from. Never had any issues or complaints. Usman is great. He’s always so kind and patient to the customers. Excellent customer service. He has a great team.

The lady with hizab is very rude. Every single time we spent $50-60 dollars on the order. Once she said that you cannot refill the drink. The men with the beard is gentle and nice. Whenever, he is in the store, we get good food. The owner should remember that food is not free, we are paying for that. Please hire more professionals🙏

I come to this location regularly and am never disappointed . Almost every time that I come I have the pleasure of meeting with the manager Usman who always greets me with a smile along with a warm welcome. He clearly manages the store very well as my orders are always accurate and without issue . When I come to this location I look forward to my conversations with Usman and his exceptional service as he is the light of the store.

Had a great experience at Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen! The chicken was perfectly crispy, juicy, and packed with amazing flavor. The sides were fresh and complemented the meal really well. Service was quick and staff were friendly. Definitely a go-to spot for delicious fried chicken.

Dear Sir/Madam, I am writing to express my serious dissatisfaction with my recent visit to your restaurant. Unfortunately, my experience was far below acceptable standards and left me extremely disappointed. The behavior of the staff was unprofessional and discourteous. Instead of feeling welcomed as a customer, I felt ignored and disrespected. This alone would have been enough to negatively impact my visit. To make matters worse, my order was prepared incorrectly, and the food quality was unacceptable. The meal did not meet even basic expectations in terms of freshness and taste. Additionally, the waiting time was excessively long, and no explanation or apology was provided. Overall, this experience reflects very poorly on your establishment. I expected much better service and quality, especially from a well-known brand. Unless significant improvements are made, I will not consider returning, and I cannot recommend this location to others. I hope you take this complaint seriously and address these issues promptly.
