I ordered a 10-piece meal, but when I got home there were only 9 pieces in the box. What made it even more disappointing was that the manager prepared my order, so I expected it to be accurate. Paying for 10 pieces and receiving only 9 is frustrating.

I had a really frustrating experience at Popeyes today. I ordered a large mac and cheese and was told it would be a 5-minute wait. No problem. But when I came back after 10 minutes, I was told it was actually going to be a 25-minute wait due to a mistake on their end. This was extremely inconvenient because my son was in the car, hungry, and I was on a time crunch to drop him off. I explained that I couldn’t wait that long, and the only solution they offered was to downgrade me to a small mac and cheese. At that point, I took it because my kid needed to eat, but honestly, the bare minimum they could have done was give it to me for free considering the situation THEY caused. Instead, they refunded me and then charged me again for the smaller size, which just felt ridiculous. To make things worse, the manager didn’t even apologize or acknowledge the inconvenience. Overall, really poor customer service and lack of accountability. Definitely not the experience I expected.

I recently visited Popeyes and was a bit confused about what to order, but Harleen made the experience amazing. She was very friendly, patient, and helped me understand the menu and ongoing deals. Her suggestions were spot on, and her customer service was excellent. Really appreciate her help!

I placed a large catering order for 75 people this weekend and was so happy with the service! The team noted all of the details, called to confirm in the days and hours leading up to the event, and had everything ready to go on time. We ordered 75 deluxe sandwiches with sides (including one with accommodations for dietary restrictions that was clearly labeled). The food was well packed, and staff kindly loaded the car on pickup. The chicken on the sandwiches remained crispy and hot (and the buns weren't soggy!) despite the time window between the pickup and meal. Our conference attendees were very happy with dinner, and we will definitely be ordering from this location again in the future!
