I’ve been eating at this family’s business for almost 20 years. These are my people. They remember my face. I remember what I like to order and their establishment is clean and they care. When I saw the chance to write a Google review today I literally did it in the middle of my meal. I can’t see more good things crispy yummy chicken shrimpy goodness From a family who really cares. It’s hard to find this kind of stuff with a chain nowadays, I 100% recommend this business from decades of service..

I really love Popeyes food, and it always tastes amazing. If you’re going there to try one item, I highly recommend trying a few more because the flavor is that good. In my experience, the best Popeyes location is the one at 2561 St Clair Ave W, Toronto. The food is always fresh, delicious, and well-prepared. What stands out the most is the staff—they are very respectful, friendly, and provide excellent customer service. If you’re planning to eat out, I definitely recommend visiting this location. Highly recommended! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Great food and excellent flavor! The chicken was crispy on the outside, juicy on the inside, and seasoned perfectly. The staff was friendly and efficient. The restaurant was clean, and my order was prepared quickly. I’ll definitely be coming back!

This was one of the worst experiences I've had at a Popeyes location. I ordered online for my daughter's birthday and spent about $65 on a 12-piece chicken meal with fries, popcorn chicken, and drinks. When I arrived for pickup, I was first told the order wasn't ready and that I would have to wait 15 more minutes. Then, after a staff member spoke quietly to another employee, I was suddenly told the order was ready. The whole interaction felt disorganized and confusing. The food was even worse. The chicken was extremely oily, greasy, dry, and looked like it had been fried multiple times. I ordered spicy chicken, but only some pieces were spicy while others were not. The box was literally covered in oil. The fries tasted old and were not fresh at all—also greasy and disappointing. This meal was meant to be a special birthday dinner for my daughter, and it completely ruined the experience. For the amount of money we paid, the quality was unacceptable. I would not recommend this location based on my experience.

Very disappointed with this location. The chicken often tastes dry and stale, as if it has been reheated rather than freshly prepared. I've also noticed that when I order spicy chicken, they sometimes include regular (non-spicy) pieces instead, likely when they are short on spicy stock. This has happened multiple times. If an item is unavailable, customers should be informed rather than given a substitute without notice. Freshness and order accuracy need improvement.
