I loved Popeyes a lot, but yesterday not good experience, this location not satisfactory food not satisfactory drinks, I believe it's not Popeyes policy but may be policy of this franchise, because it's in Brampton. I believe if same order i will do in Toronto it will be much satisfactory. Need to improve

Absolutely disrespectful. I was about to use the washroom and then place the order, but the female employee just replied that the washroom is out of service. Where my other partner just used it. Grow up and show some respect. I even offered to buy fries. Never stepping in this place again. Felt really disrespectful. If it is the management’s decision, then know how to respect others. Just to let you know, I felt like I’m being treated as a homeless who walked in to use the washroom. We live in a cold country. Have some respect 👎👎👎

Came here on July 16th around 5:30pm. The person taking my order was having a personal convo on the phone the entire time. I tried asking her if they have any chicken ready, and she said “Hanji Hanji”. I thought she meant yes, but realized later that she wasn’t even talking to me, she was talking to someone else on her phone. She continued talking on the phone while taking my order and preparing it, didn’t even try to hide it. No acknowledgment, no greeting, no thank you or welcome - she basically acted like I’m not even there. This is the most unprofessional service I’ve ever seen. No one else wants to hear you talking about what family problems you’re having with your mother back home, or what nasty things your sister-in-law has been saying about you. I’m not exaggerating, these are the things I was hearing her casually talk about while taking my order. EDIT: As if the service wasn’t bad enough, I was extremely disappointed after trying the food. The fries were the soggiest I have ever tasted, seem like they have been sitting there since morning. The chicken is also undercooked. Clearly, the staff here is too busy on their phones to even make sure that the food is cooked properly. Please avoid this location at all costs until they realize that they shouldn’t be hiring people like this.

Our family stopped for the evening . We found all tables were not cleaned. The order took a way more wait time and still received a mix of hot and cold chickens. The staffs are also not so welcoming. May be due to thier work pressure and staff shortage. The owner pls maintain the number of staffs required for the peak hours rather than pushing your staff to the extend . Overall below avg experience .
