I come here pretty often, and honestly the food is always fresh and really tasty. I just wanted to mention the cashier who works in the evening , she genuinely so nice and friendly every time I see her. She always greets with a smile and makes the whole experience feel welcoming. Little things like that really matter. Definitely one of the reasons I keep coming back.

The staff are nice, but the food is not great. I just ordered 12 tenders (not crispy and cold), and 1 large side of fries (not crispy and cold). Both items tasted as if they had been sitting for an hour. The biscuits were okay. I'll never go back again.

Everytime I visit the mall I get the best Popeyes chicken here. I have never been dissapointed at this location .they don't mess around here. BE ADVISED use your POPEYE STRENGTH TO OPEN THE FRONT DOOR (eat your spinach) Overall.. waaaayyy above standard Popeyes other locations (I've visited many) Thanks staff for sometimes throwing in an extra chicken nugget .

They forgot about my online order and only printed my order ticket when I arrived. I spent $97.78$ on chicken, 7.33$ on gravy and was told that my order had been missed and was not seen in their system. I placed the order 30 minutes in advance specifically to avoid waiting, yet upon arrival I was told to wait an additional 16 minutes. I ended up waiting an extra 21 mins This completely ruined my family dinner and negatively impacted my view of Popeyes.

The spicy chicken sandwich I ordered was delicious, crispy, and fresh. Even better was the service. Manjot😌, the cashier, was very kind and friendly. It was a very pleasant experience because of her. I will most certainly return to this Popeyes!
