Not sure what was up with these chicken tenders. They were pale and had zero taste. In a time when fast food has become expensive, I expect better. They should have never been served. On a side note, open your drive thru, it's extremely annoying not knowing when it's going to be open or not. Won't be back.

I had a wonderful experience from the moment I walked in. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and professional. They greeted me with a smile, answered all of my questions patiently, and made sure I felt comfortable throughout my visit. It’s refreshing to be served by people who genuinely care about providing excellent customer service. The service was also impressively fast without sacrificing quality thanks ron and rowena Everything was handled efficiently, and I never felt like I was waiting too long. The staff worked together seamlessly, creating a smooth and pleasant experience from start to finish. I truly appreciate the positive attitude, despite of two manpower only, professionalism, and dedication of the entire team. It’s clear that they take pride in what they do and value their customers. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for excellent service, friendly staff, and a welcoming atmosphere. I will definitely be coming back and recommending it to my family and friends. Thank you for making my visit such a positive and enjoyable experience!

We came here late at night and Shobha took amazing care of us. She was prompt and helpful in deciding what to get. The order was delicious and exactly what we wanted. Thank you Shobha!

Thanks so much for ignoring customers and charging me extra for an extra burger that I didnt order. I paid way more than expected because the workers cant get their stuff together. Id really appreciate if I could actually get my actual order and no additional charges that I did not order. Not to mention the wait and the drive through doesn't even work. Huge waste of my time and my money. I will not be purchasing from here again. This is not the first time you guys have messed up orders before either.

Friendly & welcoming staff! Very good food ! Hot & freshly cooked! We visit Popeyes Penticton mostly every week with family & friends as our meet up location & the place is mostly busy but they are very fast & efficient when it comes to taking our orders everytime. The wait time is pretty understandable when it comes to fresh & nicely cooked chickens. Can't wait to visit again with friends.
