I come to this Popeyes all the time, and I’ve always had a great experience. The food is consistently fresh, crispy, and delicious, especially the chicken burgers. The service is always friendly and welcoming. A special mention to Mumta — she is a wonderful person, always kind, friendly, and helpful. Her positive attitude makes every visit even better. I’ll definitely keep coming back. Great food, great service, and great people! Highly recommended. 🍔🍗

Terrible quality and service. I ordered 2 orders of the 3 piece tenders last night (regular and spicy). The store combined two separate orders into one box. Mind you this order was for two separate people. I don’t know why they shoved it into one box, was it to save on a box? Did not know which was one spicy and regular. On top of that they didn't serve fresh chicken. Probably was sitting for hours. I ordered over the Popeyes app and asked for ranch sauce but it was not in the bag. I complained to the store and directly spoke to the girl there but I doubt the manager of this location will know about this or read this. Avoiding this location. I live in the area but I don’t mind driving 20 mins to the next location.

I ordered and had to wait over 30 minutes for a simple 3 piece combo whilst the store was empty with no orders before my order. When ordering my cashier rolled her eyes at me when I asked for an extra side as I’m not sure if she understood what I wanted as I had to repeat myself. The garbage was also overflowing as if the staff had no care to clean the store. Chairs were scattered and a caution wet floor sign was in the middle of the area.

had an excellent experience at Popeyes on Overlea thanks to Naz. From the moment I walked in, Naz was friendly, professional, and genuinely welcoming. They went above and beyond to make sure my order was accurate and prepared exactly as requested. What stood out most was Naz’s positive attitude and exceptional customer service. Even during a busy time, they remained patient, efficient, and treated every customer with respect and kindness. It’s rare to come across someone who takes such pride in their work and makes customers feel valued. The restaurant was well-organized, my food was fresh and delicious, and the overall experience was top-notch because of Naz’s dedication. Popeyes is fortunate to have an employee like Naz representing their team. Thank you, Naz, for making my visit such a pleasant one. I’ll definitely be returning!

This location put two new employees who kept telling me their 5-piece tender combo only comes with one dipping sauce and they would charge me for the second dip. I showed them on Google, Uber Eats, and even called another Popeyes to confirm it’s two and not one dip. I left the store and went to a different location. I’ll give this location one more chance before never returning. Please provide better training.
