Read the reviews about a fierce cashier lady, I now place all my orders online in order to avoid incurring her wrath. Online ordering is a breeze, you are notified when your order is ready and can just hop over to collect, just read out your order number to the counter. Fried rice tastes GREAT!!!

Good fried rice ~ love the chilli The price was reasonable as well. Have to wait for 15mins or so, but it is good that the food was served hot. Worth the wait

Today wanted to buy food from Wok Hey and encounter a super rude cashier and keep saying can you wait or not quite loudly as there is a sign showing average wait is 30 - 45 mins. I just have to walk away not because I cannot wait but because of the staff attitude. Very disappointing attitude from customer facing staff.

I ordered the new turkey ham ramen, intending to support their new flavour. TOTAL REGRET!!!! There was not a single speck of turkey ham to be found, I just got fried ramen. Robbed of my money Edit: Wok Hey reached out to me and offered to cook me a new portion which I have claimed. Thanks!

Ordered the egg fried rice with grilled chicken from the J8 outlet. Chicken comes in ridiculously small sizes. Did you train your staff to cut the chicken like that and serve to customers? So unappetising and disappointing. Understand the increase in prices, but that shouldn't come at the expense of the portion, size and unsightliness of the chicken.

Ordered fresh ramen with grilled chicken! Stall is popular with many takeaway orders, I waited around 15 minutes. Portion is worth for the price! Gave 4 stars because I think the ramen is not as good as the udon. Do add the chilli if you can take spice as it adds more flavour.

Ordered udon and egg fried rice with chicken. Food was tasty and well prepared. However, the cashier has the tendency to communicate in Chinese which agitates some people. Is it possible for them to speak English instead, it’s the universal language anyway!

Dad who looks forward to eating Wok Hey on every one of his off day was served by an extremely rude and unhelpful staff. It does not take you more than 1 minute to explain to an elderly how they can order through their mobile phone, and perhaps even help them to do so. Incident happened 12/4/24, around 4:50pm Looking forward to the team to rectifying this so that my dad is able to enjoy his occasional treats for himself. Thank you
