I collected my online take away order. Called out the staff as I wanted to show him the order number from my phone but he didn't even want to look around. He just t simply stare at me with his side eye. It's concerning because anyone can just take the order even if it's not belong to them.

Fantastic experience at Wok Hey Clementi Mall! The food is always great—my go-to is the Egg fried rice with prawns, which is flavourful and well-seasoned. What really stood out this time was the service. Manager Shah, Jordan, and Ahmad was so friendly and efficient, and it was nice to see them preparing the food right in front of me. Fast service and a genuinely perfect takeaway meal. Keep up the great work, Clementi team!

I ordered Laksa Fried RICE, But they made noodle?🤡 a little big ah the difference. This is a rookie mistake. Considering a big brand😔

I ordered fried rice with wild crab today. I don't know why but there were sand particles inside. I'm not sure if it was from the asparagus or the crab but I could feel sand as I chewed. This didn't happen with the previous times when I ordered the same item. I undertand that the staff are very busy especially during peak hours with the high demand and number of orders, but I hope they can wash the vegetables and crab meat more thoroughly.

Was craving fried rice at 9pm, and delighted to find Wok Hey was still open. Got a Shanghai Fried Rice + onions. Fried rice was flavourful. Cost: $8.40 ($7.40 + $1 for onions)
