Staff was useless and unable to handle pressure during dinner rush. Orders were messed up. Went to check on orders after 20 mins and staff insisted it was being prepared, only to find out after 45 mins the order wasn’t sent. Can only hear female staff venting the entire time without being constructive or helpful. 20 min order turned into a 60 min ordeal, please avoid if your time is valuable

Orders frequently took much longer than the stated estimated collection time. On several occasions, staff handed out the wrong orders or omitted items and ingredients from my order. There were also instances where I was not notified when my order was ready for collection, resulting in unnecessary delays and wasted time.

Website order working and over counter the machine was working. But staff told me that the machine and website cannot order already. Timing was around 9.17pm, told by a chinese guy. Might be that they have too many orders on hand and cannot take but would prefer if he had been honest and upfront about it instead of rejecting me when i was about to use the machine to order. Usually am a supporter of wok hey but because of this i think i might think twice before ordering. Ruined my evening.

Had been a fan of wok hey 2 months ago. However in my recent da-pao of the fried rice with chicken cubes, the meat were spongy, feels they were not fully cooked. True enough, I had bad diarrhoea after one meal. Please review the way you handle meat, ensuring they are fully cooked. At least 20mins are needed for chicken to be cooked. Will refrain from eating wok hey for awhile.

I ordered online @14Feb at Abt 12.05 and paid online and once submitted I did not received an online order no. When I went to the counter, I approached ur staff name Eileen and she was very rude to me, I told her about my situation and she answered me very rudely. Please looked into it. Can you please teach your counter staff manner? I made an online order on 11.45 am on 23/5, I came to the counter to collec my order, the lady at the counter was being rude when I collected my order, she's like not happy and just like throw the order at me. Please looked into it.
