This is one of the best Wok Hey outlet along the north east MRT line. Staff are systematic, one prep, two cook. Upon placing order on peak hours, waiting time on mobile put 20-30 mins, and it was ready just below 20 mins. Food is also tasty and not too salty.

after the reopening of wok hey in basement 1, the place no longer accepts cash as an option. this is upsetting as there are students around the place that do not carry card. the food is incredibly delicious and tasty, but albeit expensive

Food: The rice had no flavor, like plain rice. Despite the short 15 minute travel time from the point of purchase to my home, the quality is terrible. If a simple food could not last for 15 minutes and immediately turn into disgusting no flavour rice, then is it even considered food? This deterioration is particularly concerning given how expensive it is. Service: The workers are very attentive and hardworking, and atleast that's what makes me satisfied. But the food is terrible!

A group of unmotivated worker. Food is ready and was left open on the. shelf for packing. Waited for 5 mins but the staff refused to pack. Approached them and them that my order is read. However, the staff gave me a sluggish look and told me it is not ready. Waited for another few minutes beforevthe staff unwillingly packed the food i was referring to earlier and leave it at the collection counter.. went forward to do a check and it was indeed my order which was ready more than 7 minutes ago. No wonder the waiting time is stated as 20 minutes. 10 minutes to cook and 10 minutes to pack. Lol

The food is great but the staff needs more training in customer service. Very unfriendly. If need to wait for 30 mins just tell us politely, seems like don't want to take my order.
