We order 4 items only 2 delivered but after chat on Google with them found of that grab rider did not take full order and left with only 2 items. Wok Hey Support arrange another delivery with fresh food and sent over to me. Thank you for great service.

One of the worst Wok Hey stall. The service is damn slow. I am in queue number 3 at 8:20pm and I am still waiting for my order at 8:53pm. When you asked them, they don’t even entertain you and told you to wait. I cannot understand why it takes 3 staffs in the stall to prepare fried rice for 3 queues which 1 pack each (I saw from my own eyes) for freaking 35min??? Can the service be improved?

My 4th Wok Hey outlet visited, this is the first one where I used the self service kiosk beside the store to order. The machine was easy to use and efficient, had no problems. Received my order in 5 mins! Fast service 👍🏻 Egg fried rice with chicken was delicious and affordable. 🤤

I love the chicken fried rice the most, very fluffy rice and tasty. Love that I can customise with different add-ons. Today got my order with missing broccoli, I messaged them on FB and the CS service was exceptionally good, way out of my expectations. Kudos for the good food & service! Hope no more missing add-ons next time!

Ordered 1x Egg fried rice with seasoned prawns and 2x Egg fried rice with grilled chicken at waterway point outlet at 6:14pm. Stand in front of the stall and waited for >1hrs and notice that they skipped my order. Went to counter and ask and was told they ran out of grilled chicken. Was told to change order or a refund. What type of service is this??? If you allow customer to order using apps, please don’t let customer wait until ready for collection and tell customer that you ran out of food. The head chief (Mr Wong) said I need to wait another 20mins for them to prepare the chicken. I waited another 30mins for them to prepare the grilled chicken and prepare my order. Had to wait another 15mins. When I reached home, one of the order Egg fried rice with grilled chicken is without a single piece of chicken. OMG. Had to make my way back to the stall to confront the staffs there. If you cannot handle the huge order number please don’t take in the order. And when you ran out of ingredients please indicate sold out in your system. Please don’t cheat customer. Update on this posting @ 13-July-2021 The management staff of Wok Hey has reached out to me on the night itself and promised to do an investigation. They have acknowledged that there is some problem with the service gap there and have promised to step up and improve the service standards at Waterway Point outlet. Kudos on the fast response and acknowledgement. Giving a better rating based on this.

Celebrate National Day with WOK HEY’s Singapore Edition specials. The Dry Laksa and Laksa Fried Rice varieties from this take-out kiosk offering halal Cantonese-style fry-to-order dishes are sure to spice up the festivities. Titillate your tastebuds with the 𝗖𝗿𝗮𝗯 𝗠𝗲𝗮𝘁 𝗗𝗿𝘆 𝗟𝗮𝗸𝘀𝗮 𝗠𝗔𝗫 ($11.90). The slippery strands of noodles, infused with the fragrant, spicy flavours of laksa, were scrumptious. Paired with a generous portion of succulent crab meat, half a ramen egg and Tobiko (+ $1), this was a sensational dish. Equally enchanting was the 𝗖𝗿𝗮𝗯 𝗠𝗲𝗮𝘁 𝗟𝗮𝗸𝘀𝗮 𝗙𝗿𝗶𝗲𝗱 𝗥𝗶𝗰𝗲 𝗠𝗔𝗫 ($11.90). Fluffy grains of rice, emitting a seductive smokiness, were served together with the same delicious crab meat and ramen egg. Like its noodle counterpart, this was a stellar dish. WOK HEY’s innovation at transforming ordinary local dishes into gastronomic delights is praiseworthy. And there’s no better way to celebrate our nation’s birthday than savouring the breathtaking creations from this homegrown brand.

SUPER DISAPPOINTED…. waited close to an hour and paid for PRAWNS FRIED RICE but realise theres NO PRAWNS at all when i got home…. waste of time and money pls avoid 🥲🥲🥲

I’m waiting about 40 minutes, and I don't know if I don't ask when prepare for me ，It could be even longer. They've been preparing orders for takeout. I don't think you should take so many orders if you don't have the ability. It was a bad experience！

I have to say that the food delivery service was smooth and the guy was super smiley and friendly. I love how the food was piping hot and fresh as well! I tried the Truffle series - Truffle Fried Rice MAX & Truffle Udon MAX. They had the sweetness from the cranberries, saltiness from the turkey ham, the crunch from the macadamia. Not forgetting the wok hey flavour ontop of the truffle. The truffle smelled so good from the moment the food arrived! Not bad at all!

Tried the CNY Special Abalone Black Pepper Fried Rice MAX. As always, WOK HEY has always delivered umami and fragrant food. This black pepper fried rice is no exception. The black pepper taste is prominent yet not too overpowering. It’s such a brilliant idea to add some pineapples as it adds so much flavour and also complement the black pepper fried rice so well! And the highlight, abalone!! You can find not 1, not 2, but 6 baby abalones in this dish. Abalones and pineapples are both symbolic of CNY, and this dish did incorporate both ingredients so well.

I love their cny special - abalone black pepper fried rice max! They are also generous with their baby abalones. Think about 6pcs. Fried rice is as usual the wokhey taste is good and fragrant

Ordered their Satay Chicken Fried Rice. I like the salty-sweet nuttiness from the turmeric rice cum satay sauce, the satay chicken was also well-marinated and not tough. The addition of the chopped cucumber and red onion also gave a refreshing crunchiness to the fried rice.
