My mum recently bought from this outlet and I have to say that the food tastes amazing. Eating it right now and just felt like I have to write a review to them. All credit goes to the hardworking staff there working long hours in that cramped and hot kitchen. I remember working as a grabfood rider a month ago and had an order from them. The aunty at the front noticed me standing there for quite some time and she asked for my order number. Even with all the pressure on her, she was still able to tell me how much longer my order was going to take with a smile on her face. Made my whole day. I noticed some impatient riders and customers and totally related to the people working there, having experienced working in the F&B industry. Not enough credit goes to the staff working at Wok Hey Waterway Point. Thank you for your hard work 🙏

The wait was longer than expected. I ordered through the self-service kiosk without a physical or e-receipt. I was told I would receive a WhatsApp notification when the order was ready but I didn’t receive any. I ended up waiting more than 20 minutes even though the estimated waiting time was 10–20 minutes. I understand the effort to be environmentally friendly by not using paper but without any notification, it was quite inconvenient. When I checked with the staff, I was told that the kiosk system is not very reliable and that the internet connection was not good. Please work on it

Feb'26. Food taste as usual nice like other outlets but not the efficiency of the chef

Terrible experience went to ask why I’m not able to order from grab app, first they say got issue, second time I go over I ask the app say close? The man say ya close. lol. Now then say is close? Just now say got issue. Is only 8pm and it close ? Very rude of how they handle this issue.

Placed order for self pickup on Grab.. from 11.45am to 12.20, i waited. Wok hey, i can understand why you do not let customers touch the takeaways but at least place the number tag facing out so we can see! I saw a takeaway and thought it could be mine. I asked twice, your staff tell me rudely to refer to the number board. Fine. I waited cos it wasnt my number. Finally at 12.25 i went up and pointed at the last remaining takeaway. I had to FORCE the staff to check if it is my order!! What a joke. He apologised and mumbled something. Please do something. No one likes to wait for nothing and be handed cold food.
