Extremely long waiting time, more than the stated 15mins, waited for a total of 25mins. The food is good though.

We ordered the Shanghai Fried Rice with Chicken and we received the rice and the chili with expected quantity but there was barely and chicken pieces. My count was only around 5 pieces. I really like Wok Hey but I don’t like that they don’t have proper guidelines on this. The price is high too for fried rice. I do hope that management can help in this issue.

I ordered this XO Fried Rice with Grilled Chicken from Simei Wok Hey today that cost $11.80. I was shocked when I went home. The actual grilled chicken is so miserable 😫 as compared to the actual picture. It is so deceiving and regret buying from them. For $11.80 price, I don't think we will get such miserable chicken from a chicken rice stall. Will NEVER buy from them anymore !

Don’t bother talking to the makcik. Explained to her nicely that I ordered from the website. She just kept asking if I ordered from Grab. After I repeated, she just glared at me while drinking water.
