Waited more than 40 minutes for my order, ordered at 7.48pm and only manage to collect at 8.35pm. Why the store did not hire more worker if this is the dinner peak period??? When i ask how long more to my order, the worker "Cindy" gives very bad attitude and refuse to answer me until I ask repeatedly for more than 3 times. Is this how Wok Hey train your staff?

ordered cauliflower rice and for some reason what i got was very roughly chopped up cauliflower stems?? so every mouthful was just eating crunchy cubes, not exactly what I was looking for when I paid a premium to change my order to cauliflower rice. have ordered cauliflower rice at multiple wok hey outlets before but never experienced this. extremely strange and disappointing

Had a great experience at Wok Hey Bukit Batok MRT. The food was tasty with a nice wok hei aroma, portions were generous, and service was friendly. Will definitely come back again!
