Staff did NOT GAF. Got the notification to collect my food via whatsapp, waited for 10 mins then after then showed the staff my number, and only then they started cooking. Waited another 10 for the food to be done, was handed a bag of my food, and realised the bag was broken and had to ask for another one. Server is probably nonchalant but he didn’t say anything, no apology, no acknowledgment of the delay, was completely silent during the entire exchange.

I order a fresh udon and they gave me a ramen. This is so poor from a highly regarded chain and I really expected better. This isn't an event like this has occured as they often get my order wrong.

Waited 40 minutes for my food when the sign clearly states 15–20/30 minutes. That’s already quite disappointing. On top of that, I ordered egg fried rice but was served noodles instead. There was also a bit of attitude from the staff when I was asking the status on my food, which didn’t make the situation any better. Overall, not a pleasant experience. I hope the service and order accuracy can be improved.

WOK HEY has always been my go-to during schooling. It is a comforting, substantial meal after a long school day. The Cheesy Bratwurst is a definite must-try!
