Prepared by Azal, requested to stir fry in the chili and i was standing there and found that he did not stir fried in the chilli. I asked when I collected the food, he said he did. Given benefit of doubt, I went home without further checking. Yes, he just didn't and he lied to me. Very disappointed.

I usually get egg fried rice with beef on a weekly basis. Today I wanted to try the XO fried but it was so bland!!! No taste of XO or your usual seasoning. What's wrong? This is not a complaint, but rather a disappointment! Please change the malay chef before you lose more business!!!

3rd time messing up my order, where the employee gave less than what I ordered. Only 1 sous vide egg was given even though I ordered and paid for 4 eggs. Same problem across different outlets. Previously, I’ve highlighted this in another Google feedback at Bishan outlet, yet the issue persists. There are also reviews from other customers reporting similar feedback. I highly suspect your employees do not prepare customers’ orders according to the order slip. Seems like Wok Hey management has not seriously looked into the problem and is bordering on being a dishonest business. It’s unfortunate that bigger spenders at this business are being penalized. And I did not return to the shop with my incomplete purchase this time. Customers aren’t so free to do that every time.

Malay staff is so rude. I told him my order expected to received but still not ready yet. Told him just wait. So rude

Extremely rude malay staff!! I only simply asked which pick up order was mine. This incompetent malay staff just showed me attitude and said, "IS THAT YOUR NUMBER??" "NO RIGHT?! THAT MEANS NOT READY LA" It's just a simple question and not like i was trying to rush him. He could have just replied in a nicer tone. Please teach your staff some manners before deploying this kind of people to frontline. I dont think any customers should deserve this kind of treatment especially from staff like him. If he can't even handle such simple question, how is he even going to deal with those difficult customers?? I believe his attitude is going to bring bad image and reputation to NEX wok key outlet.. If can't handle the frontline, just stay at the kitchen then.
