I've not personally purchased from the stall at Nex but via Food Panda instead. Each time, it never fails to delight. Orders are always correct and rice was always devoured within minutes by my kids. They loved the CNY boxes so much that they wanted me to wash and reuse the boxes. Wok Hey learnt of this and reached out to me, offering to send me new CNY boxes as souvenirs, much to the delight of my kids. Simple customer service that puts a big smile on customer's faces.

Was ordering by grab food around (9:40pm) if your shop is close PLEASE off your grab machine dont on and let customer wait for 2 hours end up need wait grab driver to inform customers the shop is close! If want end early close shop early PLEASE OFF YOUR MACHINE and next time dont do just cancel the order.Totally no responsibility! Outlet manager or supervisor please get well trained.please get back asap

Went there a tad bit too early. Wanted to ask if the staff on site was accepting orders but before I could even ask anything, the very "pleasant" looking "well mannered" staff told me in a very "polite" tone, we not open while looking on the floor. I am amazed to learn that I have an innate ability to project my face onto the floor. Ability unlocked! Thanks WOK HEY for a good experience in the morning. Your fried rice is definitely the GOAT but seems that your staff brings service standards to the next level!

Good food but unfortunately lacking in service standards. I’m quite obsessed with their truffle fried rice with their added Christmas special toppings of macadamia nut. Very fragrant truffle scent wafting out from the box, though the rice can get a little too oily sometimes. However, the cashier didn’t seem sure of the items offered on the menu and there was some confusion when I placed my order. More staff training required.

This is the worst branch of Wok Hey I've been to. They gave my orders to a different person! How could this happen? Worst is this is the second time they've mixed up my order. I mean come on, how would you give the orders without verification??? And also, why are they all so rude??? I know your stressed out from volume of orders but atleast answer politely when being asked. I think all your staffs should learn BASIC manners and right conduct towards customers. I've noticed too how dirty their fingernails is..It is quite gross..Atleast, wear gloves lah!

Super super terrible and slow service….cook ald and just left the food there…slowly slowly pack….take your time take your time…the board say 10-20 mins…I also checked in with them to be safe…n in the end I waited a whole hour standing there for my food while they are talking n chilling there….even so rude the staff …what’s your number Whne I’m clearly walking up to them…very nice staff to raise the voice
