As frequent diner of wok hey, the standard is still uphold at this branch. However the machine for ordering and payment has so many different type of hiccups like hanging on payment page or printers running out of paper. Customers try to grab the attention of the staff, but they are too busy with other orders. Perhaps considering adding this branch to online order at order.wokhey?

Long wait...half an hour for four packs of fried rice! ! Order at 3:20 and order at 3:50!

Finally get to try the Raya Edition Satay Chicken Fried Rice (it was sold out almost everywhere for days!). The fried rice itself was aromatic, infused with turmeric spices and a hint of ginger-like flavour that was tasty enough to savour on its own. The grilled chicken chunks were perfectly seasoned, tender and juicy. The fresh cucumbers and red onions are a great addition for that extra crunch to the dish. The satay sauce on the side, wasn’t spicy, instead offered a perfect balance of sweet and savoury. Definitely worth trying - even my child was full of praises for this Raya Edition!

Really long wait (>45mins) for my order of egg fried rice. Don't be deceived by the short queue as some orders ahead of you could be for multiple portions. Best to check with counter staff first.

Your staff KIN KAY of Suntec outlet IS EXTREMELY RUDE. We made order for 10Box at 6PM. ITS ALMOST TWO HOURS FOR JUST 10 BOX OF FOOD. WE ordered this for a gathering. The gathering is OVER and the food is STILL NOT READY. When i went back to check on it because WHY IS IT TAKING SOO LONG. Your staff had the CHEEKS TO SCOLD ME BACK AND SAY I CANNOT WAIT , and that it had onlu been 1 HOUR SINCE WE ORDERED . How dare he accuse us of waiting lesser time that it actually is when the order confirmation is literally IN MY HANDS. Both staff also only started on a BIG 35 pax order that was before ours WHEN WE ARRIVED At 6.45 PM TO PICK UP OUR FOOD. WHY DO YOU HAVE TO START ON A GIANTIC ORDER WHEN THE CUSTOMER IS HERE ????? THEN DELAY EVERYTHING???? ITS NOT EVEN OUR ORDERS Wok Hey had COMPLETELY RUINED this gathering for us , we dont even have our dinner, I CANNOT EVEN CANCEL ON GRAB I CANNOT EVEN SEND FEEDBACK VIA YOUR WEBSITE EITHER. THIS BRAND IS JUST TOO AMAZING
