I don’t know how many times this has happened already. Every time I ask for more chili, I end up getting less chili instead .

Even though during low traffic hours the wait is so long. The staff love to take their own sweet time. Screen showed wait is less than 10mins but I waited for a good 15mins. Not the fist time I’ve waited for super long

Felt the fried rice was still too oily despite “Less Oil” being selected

I asked a question about my order but Izuan didn't seem to care. I was asking a question about whether my order was done and was about to provide details of my order, but Izuan was quick to say "order not done yet". It's a bit unreasonable to respond like that given that Izuan never checked the details of my order. But that is okay If you have no batches ready. But that at least says something too if my order is not done. My order was placed 1 hour 30 minutes ago on Foodpanda delivery, my driver never collected the order and was sitting at 898A or something for 30 minutes yet to collect that is the drivers fault but it doesn't excuse lazy and lousy service from Izuan. I came here to visit to check out Wok Hey myself if my order is preparing. and just as it was shown it foodpanda, my order is not out (according to Izuan). There has to be a miscommunication of some sorts because my order did not come at 3 pm when I ordered at 1:40 pm. Izuan never listened to my queries and was quick to reply not done yet, stare at me, and go back to cooking. I wished that he would check out my order details at the minimum, not interrupt me in my question, and tell me it is not done. Rather than a simple quick reply of "Your order not done yet" without letting me finish my question, or hearing me. This is not the quality of service anyone should expect.

I placed my order at 5:45 PM. After waiting 30 minutes, I felt very weird as there were only three people ahead of me. The staff were constantly cooking, but the pace was inexplicably slow. I finally got my food at 6:36 PM—a total wait of 51 minutes. For a takeaway kiosk that promises a quick meal, this is completely unacceptable. This wok hey at cwp is the most disappointing I've ever had. Just imagine if someone came here on their 1-hour lunch break—they'd have to go back to the office without eating. At this speed, you'll lose all your customers. I really hope you improve your efficiency, or this business won't last long. So I won’t give any ⭐ Just to leave my feedback and hope really will be improved
