Why would you use a lousy plastic bag? Both handles gave way, the food spilled on the road. Dinner is gone.

i am a regular customer at wok hey and i bought the HE fresh ramen with prawns and broccoli. it is AMAZING and i love wok hey since day one. will definitely come back again to order another delicious yet satisfying meal. ❤️😍

Ordered the egg fried rice with chicken and the Shanghai fried rice with beef. Avg to below Avg fried rice take away. Beef was tough. Had expected tender pieces of beef but this is pre cooked meat. Considered pricey ard $15 for 2 boxez with add on vegetables at $1 more each.

Other than cooking the food I don't see the value of having a staff there when you insist on customer scanning a QR code + input their credit card to order. To make things worse, wait time is 20-30 mins. Isn't this supposed to be fast food? So ridiculous. Might as well get food from somewhere else. Faster and better service.

Visited 14 Jan 23 around noon. The slim tall malay chef didn't cook well. No.wok hey smell cos the wok wasn't even hot enough he added ingredients. Bad attitude 😒. Taste so much different from bugis outlet. Will not patronise this outlet again

I made a mistake when placing order online. Contact them via chat and they manage to do the correction with the outlet. Very good service and fast response to my request.

Azim and Yong Xuan, these two guys whip up the BEST wok hey egg fried rice so far. Tastiest my son and myself ever had. We are regulars but we got the best at plaza singapura tonight. Great job guys!

Food quality no longer as good as it started. Just to check on my orders with a skinny Malaysian staff with burn marks on his hand. He fraud his face and answer a loud HUH? I repeated myself and he YA! With a tone of unhappiness, I do understand the tiredness of your work but, I don’t owed you a living.

Loved the newly launched Satay Chicken Fried Rice! I enjoyed the combination of tender, juicy chicken seasoned with traditional spices and golden turmeric rice with a thick, flavourful satay sauce! ✨ I also opted for chilli for extra spice to go with the flame-grilled satay chicken! The service here was prompt and efficient to order via the QR code too!
