It's a new young cook that I didn't see before on 10/1/26. I think he totally forgot to put in the salt or seasoning when frying the rice as I went off to do errands before collecting the food. The rice was absolutely tasteless and unacceptable. I had to bring it back home and refry it again. Such inconsistent standards and QC across outlets is either exploitation of staff as just workhorses or customers for their dollar. Management, do better. Edit: 28/3: Charisse from HQ handled my complaint excellently I returned to Plaza Singapura and Tze Chen had excellent follow up in delivering my order Thanks. Great service thereafter. Good job Wok Hey.

The estimated wait time was less than 10 minutes so I went ahead and ordered. The guy who ordered ahead of me was able to get his order in less than 5 minutes. My order somehow wasn’t cooked for another 15 minutes. Not worth the long wait time for a fried rice

The food was so oily... Wanted to eat clean but turned out otherwise...
