The staff are very unprofessional. They lost my sticker, served people after me also. When I asked about my order, became angry at me. Very rude staff, better to avoid this place. The staff was making the dish roughly in front of me, throwing them fast and yelling. Usually 20+ mins need to wait, after that you get rude behavior from staff, feels like you pay and wait to get rude behavior

Absolutely fantastic experience at Wok Hey! Ate at this branch on 11 August around 9pm+, close to closing time, and I honestly have to say the staff deserve a huge shoutout. Despite it being so late and there being quite a number of last-minute orders, the team was still incredibly diligent and efficient. Orders were prepared quickly and the waiting time was surprisingly minimal. What really stood out to me was how courteous and hardworking the staff were even after what I’m sure was already a long day. I stayed to eat and I believe I ended up staying past closing time. There was a bespectacled male staff member who was already preparing to wrap up the rubbish, but when I asked if I could throw something away, he very willingly let me use the garbage bag and was extremely polite about it. It was such a small gesture, but it genuinely left an impression on me. And of course, the food itself was excellent. The shrimp fried rice and fresh ramen were both cooked to perfection and tasted absolutely delicious. Everything was hot, fresh and satisfying. Honestly, the entire closing team that night deserves more recognition. It’s easy to overlook F&B staff, especially when they’re working right up until closing, but these guys were still putting in the effort, serving customers efficiently and maintaining such a positive attitude. Huge thank you to the team working that night — you guys were fantastic. If I could give more than 5 stars, I genuinely would. Managers, please pass along the compliment to this group — they deserve a raise! 🙌❤️

Ordered at 10:55am via the digital ordering system and sat down at an almost empty dining areas, assuming service would be prompt. Only after ordering were we told there would be a 50–60 minute wait, which was not communicated anywhere near the ordering point. In reality, the food was finally served at 11:12am, but that’s not the main issue. The bigger problem was the dismissive response to customer feedback. When we suggested placing the wait-time information closer to the digital ordering system, we were told “we can’t do anything about it.” The inability to take in and act on simple, reasonable customer feedback really needs improvement. Good food alone doesn’t make up for poor communication and lack of service ownership.

Made an advanced order at 2:34pm for the food to be delivered at 5:30pm for dinner before heading to work. App still shows it requires 1 hour at 6pm, contacted support and was informed order was not in the system and nothing could be done. Magically after that, food was prepared and rider headed to the restaurant to pick up the food. So now late for work with no dinner. Would not recommend as bad service and staff having integrity issue.

Decided to try this outlet for lunch. I had fried ramen with chicken, extra egg and chili which cost 13.30$. Tbh that's too much for fried noodles in this setting. You can choose dine in or out but you get the food in a takeaway box either way.. why ask? Anyway the taste is actually pretty good. Good wok hei, chicken was tender and well seasoned. I quite liked it, just thought a bit pricey for what it is. Many ppl mention the slow service but my food was done after about 10 minutes.
