Can't go wrong with a cup of fried rice cooked at Wok Hey! A much needed variety addition to the food around One@KentRidge. The fried rice was tasty with a deep umami taste. Slightly oily as per Wok Hey standards. Came down at 7.15pm and waited only for 10 minutes, but do expect a longer wait during lunch.

Wanted to make a 60 pax order with a tight deadline, could not order thru website, contacted them n they got back within the same day, really good customer service and was very helpful when I wanted to make last min changes in the order. Thanks Jamie for making such quick responses to my requests :)

I buy from Wok Hey all the time, but the portion of ingredients given here is much less than the other Wok Hey branches. Happens all the time at this branch. Won't be patronising anymore.

Complete nightmare. Ordered simple egg fried rice - waiting showed 10-20 mins. Went back at 30 mins mark to check on my order. All of the sudden the staff cooking named Nabilah started shouting on me. Effectively shouting that I dare not roam around in the public gallery nearby till my number is called. I complained to cashier. Waited another 10 mins.. and then this same guy literally throws my food over. Obviously undercooked. But my biggest issue is attitude. Never going again to any outlet.

waited close to 20 mins, other orders got flashed on the screen but my order (a single fried rice) which was placed before them didn't get shown as ready at all. only when i went up to the collection area after seeing 3 other orders, then i realised it was already sitting there, but no one pressed the button to show that it was ready. wasted my time waiting for nothing.

Very fragrant and tasty egg fried rice, with tender chunks of chicken in it. I ordered grilled chicken egg fried rice takeaway and it was well kept in a cute takeaway box that was easy and neat to eat wherever you are. There were good proportions of all the ingredients and was a filling portion for one person. Would definitely come back for more and it was a reasonable price (~$7.50). The atmosphere to dine in was not too bad but a little too crowded and hot. Other than that it was a convenient location and efficient ordering system.

placed the order via the website and everything was efficient and fuss free! got the cny special (black pepper abalone fried rice) and it was rly yummy! love the black pepper sauce which made the fried rice more flavourful and the abalone made it more luxurious 🤣🤣 love wokhey~~

Food is extremely slow. Waited 1 hour for my food to be prepared despite ordering just before peak hour. Do not come here unless you're willing to spend your entire lunch hour waiting.
