Had the prawn fried rice. Packaging looked cool and was functional. Good portion, good serving of prawns. Liked the fried rice and egg flavor, prawns were springy and fresh. Not too salty for me. Liked the chilli, next time will need to ask for more.

Egg fried rice is the best. I usually take the chilli egg fried rice and it never disappoints me any of their outlet. This particular one have little more waiting time but overall the taste didn’t disappoint me. I seriously hope one day they will have dining like a premium outlet or something.

i frequently buy nasi goreng at this branch. but last friday i bought egg fried rice, sausage and broccoli then suddenly on that midnight i admitted to hosp for food poisoning. that was the last meal before i got my watery diarrhea. please ensure your food hygiene. maybe that will be last order from wok hey

The food from the VivoCity outlet has no wok-hey at all. I have eaten across various outlets such as Woodlands and ARC and they taste a lot better.

I always like their fried rice especially with prawns 🤤 The queue wasn't that bad. It was only 10 minutes when I ordered. They should put notification on their order to send to customer phone. Sometimes it gets more than 30 minutes, no one would wait there that long.

Really appreciated with short guy at the counter. He introduced the healthy choice until I can understand. Nobody told me b4 I can have vege for free when I choose brown rice. Just to mention he full of knowledge in informing the menu to me. Really appreciate this. And congrats wok hey for having QR code for ordering, will use it in next for ordering for my convenience.

Cashier stated wait time 10-20 mins but got my food in 25 mins. Disgusted by the food preparation. Cook used plastic spoon to sample food and FLICKED the spoon on the wok, which is contaminated with his saliva... so I'm eating food with a bit of his saliva? I don't mind him sampling the food to see if it's cooked throughly, but flicking the dirty spoon is utterly disgusting... Also observed food that was cooked was left open for long period of time before being closed and served to customer. Understand that they are short staffed but food that is open will accumulate bacteria... Request management relook and inspect this outlet. I patronised many outlets and this is the worst I've seen.

Probably one of the lousier outlets of wokhey although it is at a tourist location. I have eaten so many wokhey outlets and their service tone is always good except for this outlet guy wearing black shirt. Should have seen reviews before buying. Cashier was like unhappy because he was doing some paperwork at 3++pm and there is no other customers at all but due to having stopped his work for taking my order he showed body language and tone of not wanting to provide a simple CS. Food taste not as good as other outlets as well no wonder got no Q although it is tourist location…
