Super slow, ordered on grab and the app said ready but the staff said not ready. Pretty sure it was just sitting on the counter for a long time after. Please hire more staff - hire someone to serve customers collecting food. The staff attending to pick ups was simultaneously measuring out ingredients and didn’t have time to properly check and follow up or provide time estimates. Not sure there’s a need to save on labour costs this much when wok hey is such a big chain. Your website doesn’t show prices and options properly as well. Indicated no cutlery but they still gave cutlery too, not very sustainable. Food is great though!

Tried the udon with crab - damn nice le. Felt like a special treat. I will try the dry laksa with crab next. They top the crab meat so the sweet crab meat is 🤤 portion of crab also not bad. Bravo!

Generally, don't need to wait for more than 10mins. Always ordered the standard egg fried rice with grilled chicken. Simple and quick meal to have.
