I would like to compliment your staff, Syahmi (yellow shirt), for his excellent service. He was very friendly, polite, and helpful when serving ordered udon and my friend ordered rice with prawn. The food was nice and served properly.

Was here on 16/01/2026 at 05.49pm, at 06.02pm I have nicely ask one of the man staff that is wearing in black if order is ready by any chance as I was there was alot of order coming in, however the staff was SO RUDE in the reply saying that “BRO CAN I SEE THE TIME A NOT THERES ALOT OF ORDER BEHIDE” I would like to ask WOK HEY is this how you as a F&B store train your staff members to speak to customer in this way?? I have work in F&B for 6 years and I understand the frustration during peak hours of the day but that does not give the staff members the right to talk back to customer in the rude way. I would like WOK HEY to review on this case and get back to me with a proper explanation.

There were three staffs at the stall but the other two staffs just doing nothing ( I don’t know what are they exactly doing just bring stuff here and there, at times checking their phones), leaving the only poor Malay girl (wearing glasses) doing the cooking job. Quite empathise that Malay lady for herself doing all the job of the other two. This explained why the waiting time becomes so loooong. Perhaps the management should look into it.

At Amk hub , this was my first order . The food was delicious and ate to my hearts content . While choosing I mentioned less spring onion instead more , the staff checked with me and added the quantity I wanted . I enjoyed watching them through the glass window . This needs talent to cook such delicious food. Thank u !!!

It is always very easy and convenient to order wok hey online to save time waiting personally at the stall. This time I was surprised that one of my order came without beef slices as I ordered. However once I feedback to wok hey CS, they attended to my problem promptly. I would say that their service recovery is very sincere and top notch. I will still patronise wok hey even with small hiccups like this. As their staffs are all very hardworking and tough to fry and cook non stop behind the hot wok.. kudos to them.
